Black Dot Sign

This is a classical case of tinea capitis, here you can see a very clear black dot sign, actually black dot sign is formed due to breaking of hairs above the follicles. Which appears as black dot when seen from above of the scalp. You can see it in the video. Tinea capitis can be treated with antifungals, like Griesofulvin, Terbinafine, Fluconazole etc.
