20 year Old Sebaceous Cyst & Comedones

This video shows a very old sebaceous cyst present on the scalp...it has ruptured inside and video also shows 20 year old comedones.

Note in the beginning of the video she has long hair and by the end it is trimmed very short around the growth. It is also quite red and depending when it ruptured internally and the aging of the immune system, there is risk of bacteremia. She is in what presumably is a hospital, as it is brightly lit and cleanly painted in light colors. If this is the camera or his phone which he carries with him into the field, it carries a surprising number of organisms and he cannot both do a procedure and film it. The patient's health must come first always. Perhaps one of these reasons or another resulted in no video for entertainment, but he is a medical doctor, this isn't all fun and games! You would not have your own doctor set aside your safety for the entertainment of a few rude jerks on the other side of the world! The doctor's patients are most fortunate to have such a caring man to come to when they must. I'll never understand how a person can live so long and not mess with something like that. I couldn't sit for 5 minutes with out picking at it, at some point. It's not supposed to be here. Ugh...it looks so painful. That poor woman I feel bad for her. I really hope you show us the story of removal and how she is doing once you do your work on her. That is going to be extremely messy!
